• If you are participating as a golfer, please select the Golf Package first.  Enter TBD for any unknown golfers in your foursome.  In the next step you will have opportunity to purchase additional sponsorships and complete transaction.
• If you would like to just join us for Dinner Only, then please choose that option and proceed to Step 2.
• If you are not participating in the golf or the dinner, but would still like to sponsor/donate, then choose "No Golf or Dinner" and proceed to Step 2.
